We Won SOPA Awards 2022

Sometime in 2021 I was contacted by Peter Guest, then Southeast Asia Editor at Rest of World, about a project examining the impact of digitally mediated gig economy toward the economy landscape. I quickly said yes and was commissioned to work on a story about online cargo truck driver. The project, which combined on-the-ground reporting and data, won the SOPA 2022 Awards for Excellence in Regional Technology Reporting. So proud!
